Refund Policy

At ESHARPE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
