Returns & Exchanges:

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
